Sung Ik Choi is a Director in the investment team of Paxtone Investment.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Choi worked as an investment professional at ACE Equity Partners, Must Ventures, and H&Q Korea Partners. Prior to his investment career, Mr. Choi worked at Samil PwC, where he performed financial due diligence and valuation services.
Mr. Choi holds a B.A. in Business Administration with a minor in Applied Statistics from Yonsei University. He is a Korea Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.

Jae Heon Jeong is a Senior Associate in the investment team at Paxtone Management. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Jeong co-founded Hankyung Aicel Inc., a B2B alternative finance data platform, and served as a Director.
Mr. Jeong earned bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Business Administration from Sungkyunkwan University.

Kil Joo Koh is an Associate Director in the investment team at Paxtone Management.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Koh worked as an investment professional at Hana Financial Group’s private equity arm. Before his investment career, Mr. Koh worked at Samil PwC in audit and M&A advisory services.
Mr. Koh holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Electronic Engineering and Business Administration from Sogang University, and is a Korea Certified Public Accountant.

Ah Young Kwon is an Associate in the operations team at Paxtone Management.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Kwon worked in the accounting departments of Hackers and Paratech. Ms. Kwon received a B.A. in Accounting from the Catholic University.

Joon Chan Park is the CEO of Paxtone Management and serves as a board chair of Paxtone Investment.
Prior to joining the company, Mr. Park worked as an investment professional in the private equity arms of financial groups such as Standard Chartered and Hana Financial Group. Prior to his investment career, Mr. Park worked as an equity analyst at Goldman Sachs and in financial advisory services at SamJong KPMG.
Mr. Park also served as a first lieutenant in the Korean Army as finance officer.
Mr. Park has received a B.A. in Business Administration and an MBA from Yonsei University and is a Korea Certified Public Accountant and a CFA Charterholder.

Jung Moon Park is the board chair of Paxtone Management and a board member of Paxtone Investment.
Prior to establishing Paxtone, Mr. Park was the President of multiple auto parts companies, such as Hanil E-wha and Kwangjin Faurecia. Prior to holding corporate CEO positions, he worked for the Hyundai Motor Group for nearly 30 years, ultimately in charge of overseas sales as a Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Kia Motors. During his secondment to the U.S. and Canada, where he oversaw sales for over 15 years, he was awarded the Industrial Service Medal by the Korean president for his contributions to expanding Korea’s exports. He was also inducted into the Who’s Who Club for his managerial performance as a chief executive in North America.
Mr. Park has received a B.A. in Economics from Sungkyunkwan University.

Seung Woo Yeon is currently the auditor of Paxtone Management and Paxtone Investment.
He possesses over two decades of experience as an external auditor and tax consultant, having worked at Sam Jong KPMG, Chunji Tax, and Seojin Tax. In addition to his auditor role at Paxtone, he is also a senior partner in Raon Accounting Firm, where he provides external audit and tax advisory services for numerous clients.
Mr. Yeon has received a B.A. in Business Administration and a LL.M. with a specialization in Tax Law from Yonsei University and is a Korea Certified Public Accountant.

Woo Jung Yun is currently the Compliance and Risk Management Officer of Paxtone Investment.
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Yun worked for Woori Bank for nearly 22 years, where she gained ample experience in risk management across various asset classes, including equities, fixed-income securities, real estate, and derivatives, at multiple bank branches.
Ms. Yun has received a B.A. in German Language and Literature from Inha University.
